~/hire_me
I'm a staff-level engineer. I ship products and run the infrastructure they live on. Teams usually bring me in when delivery has stalled: too much process, flaky CI, infrastructure nobody trusts.
Think of it as a turnaround engineer: I find what's slowing the team down, fix it hands-on, and leave the team shipping on its own. I've done it for trading systems, ride-hailing platforms, and open-source blockchain infrastructure. I work remotely or on-site, and I'm happy to travel to your team. Here's how I can help:
Ship Faster
If delivery has slowed and nobody is quite sure why, I can help. I look at how the team actually works: process, releases, tooling, architecture. I find what's in the way and clear it, so shipping feels routine again. Then I move on, and the speed stays.
Product Development
I take backend products from scoping to production, along with the infrastructure they run on, either as a standalone project or embedded in your team. High-throughput services, data pipelines, and event-driven systems in Rust, Go, or your stack.
Infrastructure & Developer Tooling
Kubernetes on managed or bare metal, CI/CD, and observability, plus the internal tooling your engineers use every day. The goal is a build-test-ship loop nobody has to think about.
Fractional & Advisory
Technical leadership and a hard look at how your team builds: development process, on-call culture, CI/CD, and the practices that let teams move on their own.
AI Enablement
Tooling and practices that help your team get real speed out of AI: the context, MCP servers, and workflows that make agents useful day to day.
Open Source Maintenance
For projects low on maintainers or features that need a push: triage, code review, releases, and hands-on feature work. I was a core contributor to graph-node for over three years and one of its top contributors by merged PRs.
Blockchain Protocols & Clients
Protocol and client work: indexers, node operations, and RPC infrastructure for decentralized networks.
Solana Smart Contracts
Smart contract development on Solana: Anchor programs, transaction tooling, and on-chain monitoring.
